What is hot Pan De Sal?
Filipino Pan De Sal is a traditonal bread roll made by flour, yeast, salt, and water. The literal translation derives from Spanish as “bread of salt”.  Filipino people originally eat these rolls for breakfast. However, over the course of the years, eggs, milk, and butter would be added to the list of ingredients making the bread sweeter rather than a salty flavor.

With the success of the family recipe in the Philippines, Valerio’s has known to be the household of the fresh hot Pan De Sal. As a result, customers ended up loving the taste and freshness of our freshly, oven baked Pan De Sal to be eaten at any time during the day. Every day, our bakers make multiple racks of fresh, hot Pan De Sal to be served throughout the day. Likewise, it was discovered Pan De Sal would be a great addition to other dishes and snacks like coffee or ice cream.

As the home of the hot Pan De Sal, Valerio’s also has several variations of Pan De Sal such as whole wheat, cheese, and ube.
